A user interface concept for a game ARC Raiders. Note that a lot of the assets in the background are taken directly from the game's technical test 2, or were created by me using their assets and colour schemes, so my work here is more about concepting something more that already exists rather than creating something fundamentally "new".

My additions to the UI to ARC Raiders' menus is for one purpose: to bring forward the story and worldbuilding aspect to the player. The world of ARC is beautiful, and is complemented with the progressive questline provided in the recent technical test 2. The shortcomings that I felt came with the current menu system was that once you did a quest, it disappeared, and the players did not have a place to check the overall storyline.
To help with this, I concepted a quest menu system which brings connected questlines into one module which then can be tracked and checked in the timeline section. Also, the quest menu wouldn't just show you the summary but a full story, as if you were reading a short book. This I thought made the game feel more like a story rather than a fragmented questline.
